Who is responsible

This portfolio is maintained by Michel Oliveira, who is responsible for handling the data described below.

What is collected

This site has no sign-up or forms, and I don't ask for your name, email or any personal data.

If you accept cookies, I use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to measure how the site is used. It sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and collects data such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate country and city, and an anonymous browser identifier.

Essential storage

I keep your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage) and, on protected projects, the password unlock for 20 minutes. This is needed for the site to work and is not sent to third parties.

The site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address in that request.

Purpose and legal basis

The purpose is to understand the audience of the portfolio. The legal basis is your consent (art. 7, I, of the Brazilian LGPD): without your acceptance, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Sharing and international transfer

Google Analytics data is processed by Google, which may store it on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States.

Retention

Google Analytics cookies expire in up to 2 years. How long data is retained in Google Analytics follows the account settings.

Your rights

At any time you can request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent, under art. 18 of the LGPD.

To change your choice, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. If you decline, Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
