As a strategic partner in the product trio, I lead discovery, prototyping, validation and delivery. I pioneered the use of AI to streamline product processes. Highlights: I made it possible to bring AI into the booking process, which increased quote volume by 40%. With a new token architecture, I shipped Dark Mode in just two weeks, removing design as the top complaint — a decisive factor in raising CSAT by 15 p.p. and turning detractors into promoters, with a direct impact on retention and on the value customers perceive.

I ensured the best end-to-end experience in eCommerce management, partnering with product and engineering to find the best strategy to meet our users' needs through qualitative research, interviews and data analysis. I delivered projects that reduced the volume of tickets escalated to tier-3 support.

Responsible for maintaining and improving the component library used to build in-company learning platforms, delivering social-impact projects such as Influenciadoras da Beleza and Empreendedoras da Beleza, for O Boticário.
